Bolser is a digital marketing agency designs and develops Web Platform and build including eCommerce, Mobile Web, Mobile App Development, PSP Games and expertise in various domains include Integrated Campaigns, Social Media, eCommere, Game Design, eCRM, Websites etc.

Worked as a key member of the team for Bolser’s clients include Nokia, SONY, Virgin Media, Asda, Sainsbury’s, I Am Creative and My Single Friend and involved in Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Usability. Given major contribution in the planning and design of the projects worked.

Project Information

SONY NGP (PSP2) Game Development
Sony NGP a Next-Generation Portable with integrated Dual Analog Sticks, TouchScreen, 3G, Bluetooth, Wifi Support, Front and Rear camera, Motion Sensing Systems, Electronic Compass, etc enables take advantage of Augment Reality Software.SONY wants to develop a unique gaming experience for its device players which showcase some of the key features and themes of the NGP.

 My Role: Research, Strategy & Design: Lead the User-Centered Design process and run various brainstorming sessions to formulate the design requirements and conducted research on traditional, social and location-based game designing trends as well as device tailored features. Work closely with a team composed of, SONY, marketing, Design, and Development team and implementing Agile SCRUM methodologies and conducted various sprint sessions around the tasks to discover even smaller details of the game elements.

Deliverables: User Journey, Screen Flow, Wireframes, and UI Visualization.

NOKIA NFC eCommerce Website
Nokia wanted to create awareness about NFC Technology and generate demand and response rate for the technology and its NFC enabled device Nokia C7. Through that, they wanted to improve the brand name of Nokia and gain back Smartphone market share which lost to its competitors like iPhone, Android, etc. There is a very stiff competition going among mobile manufacturers for the introduction of NFC technology as part of their mobile models and gain an initial advantage in the market.

Bolser was responsible for developing an eCommerce solution in which proposed users could create NFC based campaigns.

 My Role: User-Centered Design Process was followed consisting of User study, creating of PERSONA, Task Analysis, User Journey and Wireframe.

V Festival 2011 Mobile Application
The V Festival is sponsored by Virgin Media and Nokia are the main handset sponsor and wanted to develop the app across 4 platforms (Nokia, Android, iPhone, and Blackberry) with Nokia version being the content-rich.

The primary target audience was V Festival-goers who enjoy listening to music and watching live bands and want to be part of the festival experience with their friends and enjoy drinking and socializing.

My Role: Primary focus of User Centered Design Process was to enhance users experience pre, during and post the event and followed the process consisting of Platform study, User study, creating of PERSONA, User Journey and Generic and platform based wireframes. Primary focus of the design was to achieve exciting, dynamic and easy to navigate UI and consistent across each platform. 

MySingleFriend.com Mobile Website
MySingleFriend is the brainchild of TV presenter Sarah Beeny and her childhood friend, Amanda Christie.

And Bolser is commissioned to develop mobile app which works on Nokia S60 and Symbian 3 Handsets. Primary requirement of the project was of predefined customization with reference to the user’s gender.

My Role: Lead the user experience strategy. Directed multi disciplinary teams in the design of mobile user experience including experience tailored for feature phones and smart phones. Work closely with marketing, designer and developers to collaborate on development strategies comparing native web development to mobile web application development. Handled the User experience in support of the application across Information Architecture, User Journey, Screen Flow, Interaction Design, UI and development throughout the UCD process.

Lightbox Education fuses education and technology to create exciting, engaging and innovative experiences for learners of all ages. Lightbox Education is an expanding organisation whose software instills confidence, motivation, and pride in the thousands of students that use it every day across all subjects

MYLO will provide learners with an exciting and engaging environment within which to learn a language, whether French, German, Spanish or Mandarin.  It will support learners of all abilities and encourage development and progression through interactive tasks and challenges. LIghtbox aims to design an online resource which will set a new benchmark as to what an online learning experience should feel like.  Although predominantly a classroom resource, it is envisaged that certain aspects could be for home use also. Operating in this competitive space where other influences are continually striving for the learners’ attention, MYLO must offer an experience which the learner will find rewarding and fulfilling.

Worked as a key member of the design team involved in improving the usability and interaction design of MYLO.  Conducted existing website heuristic evaluations and recommendations, User testing of the product, Develop Interaction design includes user journey, multi-user wire flows, High Fidelity Wireframes.

Also involved in redesigning of TTRB (Teachers Training Resource Bank) and its sub-portals. The task involved in improving Navigation and Look & Feel, taxonomy, Quick and Advanced search includes implementing faceted search, User Filtering system with a view to improve the usability, searchability, and findability.
