Originally developed to meet the specific needs of one client, U-LEAF has expanded over the years to accommodate a diverse range of clients and user profiles. Unisys recognised that the user experience required refinement to meet the expectations of this broader audience. The goal was to improve the interface design to boost user satisfaction and performance, while also making U-LEAF a more compelling tool for attracting new clients.
